Really cute shop and nicely displayed but every time I go in this shop the lady on till ignores me (never says hi or asks if I need any help or even acknowledges you). She was also unfortunately very rude to a customer over a misplaced sale item and put me off from buying anything shame because super cute store shame for the lady.

Love this little shop. I visit every time I come to Surrey. Just bought a pair of lovely trousers and some earrings. Great for gifts or just to spoil yourself.

Popped in when visiting a friend in Horsley, and what a wonderful place this is. Bought some really unusual earings, a couple of other gifts, and of course a little something for myself! Chatted to a lovely lady who runs the shop, and came away wishing I had somewhere like this on my own doorstep. Thank you Daisy Maison, I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

I love this shop, it is an Aladdin's cave of loveliness where i am guaranteed to get a present (or something for myself!). The staff are always so warm and welcoming too making it a pleasure to shop local and support a small business. Thank you Daisy Maison for being my local go to shop.

Ordered a few weeks before Christmas, item came with crease marks all over, asked for a replacement which was sent and wrapped believing the details were correct like the first one. Opened on Christmas Day as it was a gift and the date of birth was wrong on one of the names, I felt so embarrassed giving this as a gift with an error like that. Looked back and the first one was correct so the replacement was clearly rushed and not checked. I’ve emailed twice now with no response, my mother is so disappointed and I can’t even correct this for her. A gift with all her grandchildren’s names and date of births on but one of them is incorrect, such a shame! My aim is to support and understand more small business’s in 2021 but being ignored like this really puts me off. So disappointed.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. Myvsuster ordered a picture for Mothers Day, arrived with 2 stones missing. Tried to contact via email, website and facebook but ignored. Seeing how upset my Mum still was, I emailed and got a response; asked them to send the 2 stones and I would complete myself. Several emails later they convinced me to send the picture back; sent registered post 6 weeks ago - emailed multiple times since with no response. Been blocked on all social media by them - as has anyone who has tried to contact on my behalf. No negative posts; they delete them all. This company essentially stole my sisters money - £40 - and refuse to reply. I hope no-one else suffers this; please use another company.

Shocking! I placed an order with the view of 7/10 delivery so would be in time for Xmas. Been 2 weeks and not even a email today at it’s in production. I have emailed and no reply, I messaged via Facebook and received a reply, fobbing me off, left it a couple more days and still no dispatch email, so emailed again and asked for a refund to which o was then blocked on social media!!! I am now going through my bank for my money back. How people can do this is beyond me

This is a great little independent gift shop, it is NOT the Daisy Maison from Facebook who make the glass and pebble pictures and who have let so many people down, this little shop have no connection to them at all. Everyone leaving a review here for the WRONG business should check the details of the business they are reviewing and remove it from here and post under the correct business. An innocent business is being slated here sadly.

I ordered this as a birthday present I was a bit worried at first because it took a little longer to arrive, but after I emailed which I can say was answered straight away explaining due to covid restrictions things were taking a little longer!
(Totally understandable) I received a beautiful picture for my daughter in law ❤ i would recommend this company to any one and definitely be buying again thank you Daisy Mason x

Communication is none existent, my order was placed over 3 weeks ago and has still not arrived yet they have my money. Clearly a poorly run greedy business that takes orders without the capacity to fulfil their obligations. Communication is free and goes a very very long way with customers if there are to be delays.
