I don't normally write negative reviews but it may help other people to decide if this is the right service for them. I paid £140 for a simply styled and only lightly soiled wedding dress to be cleaned. They had my dress for nearly 4 weeks and returned it to me with several marks still visible around the hem. I was shown these when I collected the dress and was told that these would need hand-cleaning which would cost extra as the £140 was just for a standard dry clean. The attitude of the person in charge was quite rude (to me and to the nice assistant) from the start and I felt uncomfortable dealing with them, so I just left it at that and am now getting the dress (re)cleaned with a lovely wedding dress specialist in Southampton. A lesson I learned the hard way is - if you are looking to get your wedding dress cleaned please ask your bridal shop for recommendations first.

Great parking, service ok, grumpy staff and prices that are now on the expensive side. Long wait for your items, but they are done well.

Really happy with this dry cleaners. We are getting married locally but we live in Greenwich. We took our wedding clothes to get pressed and an alternation and asked them to deliver to the hotel. They agreed straight away. Really nice service Services: Delivery, Alterations
