Kari is very knowledgeable and passionate about Pilates. This is apparent in her classes which are fun and challenging at the same time. She encourages you to do the best you can, while being aware of any health issues that you my have.
I began Pilates, as a novice, almost 12 months ago; in that time I've progressed to intermediate and have noticed an increase in my core strength and flexibility. This is evident as my Parkrun PB's have improved this year.
I highly recommend Core Strength Pilates 100%.

In all my years of doing Pilates I have never had an instructor so understanding of the unique strengths and weaknesses of my body. Minor adjustments transform the exercises and Kari’s eagle eyes spot if you are doing it wrong. This makes sure you get the full effect but also ensures you are exercising safely within your own limits.
The studio is lovely with the doors open to the garden in the summer. I 100% recommend Core Strength Pilates.

Kari is a super teacher ,super friendly classes with great supervision and support. Classes are small and fun. Kari is attentive and keeps everyone safe. Kari makes keeping fit and strong a great pleasure- thanks 🙏

As a beginner to Pilates at the start of the year I would highly recommend Kari. First in 1-2-1 sessions and then moving on to group classes, Kari's friendly and clear style has really helped me progress quickly through to intermediate classes. She makes you feel comfortable and you can achieve what you wish at your own pace at all levels.

She has been incredibly kind and patient.
She is extremely knowledgable and professional! We leave each class feeling like we have had a thorough workout!

Kari is a superb teacher. She is clear, her classes are well structured (and fun!) and she takes the time to ensure you really understand the intricacies of each move. As a relative newbie to Pilates I’m loving it. Thanks Kari!

I am so happy I found Kari, as a beginner, no one else was willing to take me on. After only a couple of months my progress has been amazing. Kari is very patient and explains things very clearly, I have a few injuries so it’s extra important I do the moves correctly.
I feel very welcome and comfortable in the class and feel so much better by the time I leave.

Kari creates a warm and professional environment to allow you to develop your personal Pilates journey, tailoring exercises to each individual. The classes are small but not intimidating. You leave feeling energised and inspired.

Kari is patient, kind and hugely experienced. Her classes are pitched appropriately with challenges and support as required. She makes the classes varied and progressive. I would highly recommend.
