We played in a Xmas 4-ball competition on 15th Dec 2023. The days prior had been wet, very wet. We were all concerned about the state of the course and 36 hours before we received an email saying no trollies without hedgehog wheels. Luckily the course had plenty to hire for £5 each. We needn't have worried about the course. It was honestly in spectacular condition. Tees, fairways and in particular the greens were in amazing condition, not just for the conditions, but for any time of the year. Well done to all the staff and in particular the Green Keepers. 👏

Difficult course but definitely worth a look. Even better now it has a brand new driving range, putting green and chipping area. They also do night golf now and then.

Last week The Drift hosted our corporate event. What a fantastic time we all had. Golf was excellent (discovered some budding players who now want to take it up), staff all welcoming, professional and knowledgeable - and food was amazing! What a venue and staff team - a credit to the club. Thank you - we will be back!

Booked a PXG putter fitting prior to our society golf day. Brandon was polite, professional & came up with a fit that was a big improvement on my current Spider. No sales pressure just honest advice to help improve your game. Thoroughly recommended. The Drift range is one of the best locally & the course itself was in great condition. Tight fairways & some challenging pins but a great experience.

Held a small society day at The Drift. Was treated so well by all the staff. The manager (Tom) was great, the bar staff top notch and the Course Marshall was brilliant - not the usual miserable beggar. Completely recommend.

The ASTC golf society played on Friday 22nd September. From the moment we arrived we were looked after by the friendly staff. With excellent practice facilities. The course was in fantastic condition with true smooth greens. We will definitely be coming back. ASTC Golf Society

Unbelievably beautiful course especially Spring/Summer. Every hole is tree lined, well manicured with each having its own intriguing personality. Highly recommended 👌👍

The DRIFT, it's not just a course it's a GOLF FACILITY to encourage everyone to raise their game. All holes from tee to green groomed by design. Great hospitality with 25 courtesy TaylorMade balls on arrival, and a very friendly club house. The first club I've actually seen with EV chargers. This course just keeps on giving! This is a well run golf course and facilities are constantly being improved. New drainage on holes, bunkers and fairways, is improving year round playability, and a new driving range is almost complete (Nov. 2021). The course is tree lined in a quiet location where you can see and hear a variety of birds including boisterous Cuckoos, busy Pied Wagtails and the ever ubiquitous Pheasant. The club house and bar are well run. There's a good range of menu selections such as wild mushrooms on toast and daily selections such as roast beef baguettes. There's traditional bar food of burgers and beers and some very good wines. Whether you sit outside on the sun drenched terrace or warm yourself inside the clubhouse this is a really nice place to relax and enjoy the best of Surrey.
