I went to the Ear Clinic to check out a persistently ’itchy’ ear and have a general check up of my ‘ear health ‘ after reading many positive reviews of the Clinic. Dylan was extremely informative, thorough, polite, prompt and friendly. I was delighted with the whole experience and glad I went. No problems discovered and I now have a ‘baseline’ hearing result to check against for any future visits. Highly recommend!

My family have all benefitted from the brilliant services performed Walker and colleagues over the last few years. Routine pressure checks have been extremely reassuring, and the microsuction treatment has been critical, especially for my very frail 91 year old patents who at times found life very tough. Dylan prescribed a hearing aid for my left ear earlier this year. I was impressed with the professional way he did this. I have just had a review of the hearing aid with him and also had wax removed from my right ear at the same time. I am very pleased with his service, and the hearing aid, and have already recommended him to two of my friends.

My experience in purchasing new Widex hearing aids from East Horley Hearing Clinic was entirely satisfactory. Firstly my ears were inspected for wax. Then a hearing test was carried out in a new sound proof cabinet. The proprietor Dylan explained the options very clearly without any pressure. Everything has been carried out very professionally and I am very happy with the service I received. I have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks time. I suddenly developed very blocked ears for the first time recently. I am 67! The GP advised that I get them micro syringed. The Ear Clinic arranged an appointment for the same day. Dylan explained the process well and the procedure took about 20 minutes. My ears feel so much better. I can hear my clock ticking again in bed!
